Baking Challenge #2 Pecan Pie

Recipe:
Pecan Pie
All Butter Pie Dough (recipe from Sally’s Baking Addiction)
(Use half of this dough for one pie)
313g all purpose flour
2tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
226g unsalted butter
120ml ice water, plus more if needed

Filling
250g shelled pecans (pecan halves)
3 large eggs
1 cup (240ml) dark corn syrup or Golden Syrup (I used Golden syrup since it’s difficult to find corn syrup here)
100g light brown sugar
1.5 tsp vanilla paste or extract
56g unsalted butter
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Bake the pie for 50–55 minutes at 180ºC
