Strawberry Pop Tarts
Ingredients
(8 pop tarts 7.5cm x 10.5cm)
Jam/Compote (you won’t need all of it, you can half this recipe):
720g strawberries
250g sugar
1tsp – 1 tbsp lime juice (to taste)
All Butter Pie Dough (recipe from Sally’s Baking Addiction)
313g all purpose flour
2tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
226g unsalted butter
120ml ice water, plus more if needed
Egg wash:
1 Egg
1tbspwater
Frosting
95g icing sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
1tbspoon milk
½ tsp golden syrup or corn syrup
Sprinkles
